Assistance Before Refund

Before requesting a refund, please allow us the opportunity to address and resolve any issues by opening a ticket on our support desk. Our Support Team strives to respond within 12-24 hours, often much faster.

Digital Media Sales Policy

Due to the nature of digital media, which can be instantly downloaded upon purchase, we do not offer a “trial” or “grace period.” All sales are final. Once software is purchased, it cannot be “returned,” thus refunds are generally not provided.

Conditions for Refund

Refunds are only granted if the downloaded product is completely unusable. If you request a refund or open a PayPal Dispute/UPI Razerpay/payu/cryptomus, you will be banned from our site.

Refunds are not available if you decide not to use the purchased products. We stand by our products and will assist you with any issues, but we expect you to understand what you are purchasing and why.

Non-Refundable Clauses

Certain offers may include a non-refundable clause, which will be clearly visible or linked from the offer page.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds are provided for:

  • Renewals: These are strictly non-refundable. You can cancel the automatic payment anytime from your My Account page.
  • Duplicate Refund Requests: Refunds cannot be requested for the same product twice.
  • Offers and Discounts: These are valid for future orders only and cannot be used for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.

Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds will be considered if:

  • The product is completely non-functional.
  • The product description was fully misleading.
  • You did not download any or many files from our website.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds may be refused if:

  • You change your mind about an item/subscription.
  • You bought an item by mistake and it was already sent/downloaded.
  • The product was purchased by someone with legal access to your PayPal account.
  • You cannot install the downloaded product.
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress, plugins, or web server settings.
  • The product does not function as expected.
  • The product prompts for a license key or activation.
  • Your website was broken during product installation.
  • You did not receive technical support from NeedGPL.
  • You refused to provide our support staff access to your website to investigate the issue.

Additional Notes

  • You may cancel your account at any time, but no refunds are provided for cancellations.
  • If you receive a refund, you cannot use the downloaded premium products.
  • If an updated product is still damaged, we may offset the refund amount by the diminished value of the product.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
